Dana’s Dance Academy does allow studio rentals for private functions.
Dana’s Dance Academy is in the heart of the historic downtown Heritage Park Area of Irving, Texas. The location at 414 S. O’Connor Road, consists of three structures. These three buildings were originally a chapel, rectory, and fellowship hall. The original chapel serves as Academy I. Its hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and stained glass windows provide a beautiful setting and can accommodate up to approximately 30 people. The fellowship hall has been divided into two other studios,
Dimensions: 38' W x 40' L
Capacity: approx. 30 people
Room features: Hardwood floors, ballet barres on the south and north walls, mirrors on the south & west walls, many windows including a high arched window at the top of the vaulted ceiling. french doors, two accessible bathrooms.
The fellowship hall has been divided into two other studios, Academy II and III. Academy II is a larger room perfect for large groups. It has mirrored walls and a sound system. Academy III is the smallest of the studios and is perfect for personal instruction or smaller groups.

Capacity: approx. 50 people
Room features: Enclosed entry with window into the Academy, sitting area with stained glass windows, hardwood floors, ballet barres on the north and east walls, mirrors on the west walls, french doors, one bathroom, connects to Academy III through a door..
Dimensions: 20' W x 25' L
Capacity: approx.20 people
Room features: Hardwood floors, ballet barres on the south and east walls, mirrors on the north wall, exterior & interior door access, one bathroom, connects to Academy II through a door.
